The pre-school has a high ratio of adults to children in the setting, which helps us to give time and attention to each child. To talk with the children about their interests and activities. To help them experience and benefit from the activities we provide and allow them to explore and be adventurous in safety. All our staff hold a relevant qualification in Childcare and Education and regularly attend training courses to keep abreast of current issues. All have an Enhanced DBS Check, attend Child Protection training, and a member of staff with a First Aid certificate is present at every session.
